The Timber Trail is supported by an eco system of fantastic operators who are just as passionate about getting out riding as you are.  All the operators listed here are partner members of the trail and where relevant current  Department of Conservation Concession holders.

Pureora Cabins - in the Village

Unique self catering cabins located in Pureora Village. (Right near the Northern end start of the trail).  Built originally to support the Department of Conservation activities, these are now managed by local Maraeroa A&B Incorporated, and cleaned and maintained daily.

Each cabin features:

  • Full stove/oven
  • Crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc
  • Fridge
  • Toaster and jug
  • Dining chairs and table
  • Each block has serviced toilets and showers with plenty of hot water.

Just bring your own bedding (including pillows) and towels. (and food).   Everything else you need is supplied.

There are seven cabins with a variety of configurations.
